TARGET AUDIENCEReal Estate Development 201 has been designed to take PI Real Estate Development Academy (REDA) and ULI Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) graduates to the next level of success. REDI and REDA are not prerequisites for Real Estate Development 201, but participants should have at least 2-5 years of experience or 1-2 projects completed to attend. The workshop is limited to twenty-five developers from across Indiana and preference will be given to women developers and developers of color. Upon reaching the registration limit, Prosperity Indiana will add additional registrants to a waiting list. |

Keith Veal | VP of Development | Buckingham Foundation
Keith is a respected and experienced developer and management consultant. Prior to joining Buckingham Foundation, he served as founder and CEO of ReSite Development. He has also served as President and CEO of Sustainable Solutions as well as Management Consultant to Indianapolis' United Northwest Area Development Corporation. With a passion for creating pathways to access for people of color in the real estate place, he is eager to share his thoughts and experiences during this workshop.
