Connection Point Call: Payday Lending

Asset building for low-wealth individuals and families, is critical to community prosperity. As such, Prosperity Indiana is focused on advancing policies that curtail predatory lending products and practices that disproportionately impact low-income consumers, including payday lending. As the Indiana General Assembly convenes in early January for this year's session, we will be pushing legislators to enact a statewide cap on payday loans in order to protect consumers.
