ABOUT PROSPERITY INDIANA
Since 1986, Prosperity Indiana (PI) has created economic opportunities for Hoosiers, particularly those who are most disadvantaged. PI builds a better future for Indiana through advocacy and programs strengthening housing and financial wellness opportunities.
SUMMIT OVERVIEW
Goal
The 2025 Prosperity Indiana Summit will energize 200-300 community economic development professionals through engaging content and shared learning opportunities increasing housing and economic opportunity across our state. Balancing theory and practice, the Summit will address current trends and leadership strategies to affect racial, health, gender, age, and economic disparities within Indiana's rural, urban, and suburban communities.
Guiding Value
The 2025 Summit must play a leading role in advancing economic equity and systemic change throughout Indiana. Summit sessions must provide thought-provoking content and catalyze conversations to expand housing and economic opportunity across our state.
Target Audience
PI’s annual Summit provides value to 200-300 sector professionals from across the community economic development sector. Attendees represent various experience levels and industries such as but not limited to housing development, financial literacy, homeless services, local units of governments, financial institutions, community development organizations, United Ways, and philanthropic organizations.
SUMMIT SESSION FRAMEWORK
Tracks and Framework
The 2025 Summit will include a series of breakout sessions or “tracks” dedicated to addressing emerging trends and leadership challenges within the sector.
